I’m a language loving Spanish teacher taking a hiatus from global travels to raise four little people. I’ve loved teaching language since day one, growing up speaking Portuguese, and helping my Brazilian grandmother learn English. I believe Spanish teaching should focus on practical use, and engaging use of speaking, listening and writing through culture or real life situations. Escape rooms and virtual field trips are my favorite (and theirs too)!
Outside of language instruction, I’m running kids to ballet and soccer, begging Syracuse basketball to return to the glory of 2003, and sewing my stresses away.
